Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of Story Reward, operated by Restaurant Coach, B 108 Pundrik Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi 110034, India ("we"). "Venue" means the business that signs up; "guest" means a person who mentions a venue in their Instagram Story or comments a campaign keyword on a venue's Reel.
For venues
- Your offer, your responsibility. You set each reward and its rules, and you must honour every valid reward code shown as "Ready to redeem" in the staff app, within the dates you set. You may refuse a reward only under the conditions you stated (for example a private account, or an early-deleted Story).
- Your Instagram account. You confirm you're allowed to connect the Instagram account, and that your offers follow Instagram's Terms and Community Guidelines, Meta's Platform Terms and advertising rules, and applicable law (including the rules on consumer offers and on disclosing incentivised posts).
- Guest data. You use guest details only to run your Story Reward campaign, keep your logins and staff PINs private, and tell us promptly about any misuse.
- Lead magnets. Names, emails and WhatsApp numbers guests share on a lead-magnet page belong to those guests and are given to you only to send them the document they asked for and follow up on that enquiry. You are responsible for how you use them, for any messages you send, and for getting consent for anything beyond that (for example marketing to guests who did not tick the box). Only put documents on a lead-magnet link that you are happy for any guest holding the link to open and share.
- Messaging. Reward messages are sent automatically within Instagram's 24-hour messaging window. We don't send marketing or bulk messages on your behalf.
- Fees. Fees, if any, are as agreed with you in writing. You can stop at any time by disconnecting Instagram and telling us.
For guests
- Rewards are given by the venue, not by us or Instagram. The venue's own conditions apply, including the minimum time your Story stays up, dates, followers-only offers, and the number of rewards per person.
- Offers are for public Instagram accounts only; staff may check your profile when you redeem.
- A reward is cancelled if the Story is deleted before the minimum time, or if the code is misused. Codes have no cash value and can't be transferred.
Discovery Score and Google Maps
The free Discovery Score at /tools/grade uses Google Maps features and data. Your use of those features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. The score is a checklist based on public information as it is when you look; it is not a promise of results.
Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta
Story Reward is an independent service. It is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Instagram, LLC.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but depend on Instagram's APIs, which can change or be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability to a venue is limited to the fees it paid us in the previous three months. We're not responsible for the rewards themselves or for a venue's decision to honour or refuse them.
Suspension
We may suspend a venue that breaks these terms or Meta's rules, or that puts guests at risk.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
