Delete your data

If you mentioned a venue in your Story or commented on its Reel

Open Instagram and go to the message chat with the venue.
Send the message DELETE MY DATA.
You'll get a reply with a reference number. Your Instagram ID, @username, follower count, Story link, comment ID and any name, email or WhatsApp number you shared on a document page are deleted from that venue's records, and any unused reward is cancelled.

If you opened a venue's document page, click Delete my details on that page: your name, email and WhatsApp number are removed straight away.

Can't message the venue? Email contact@restaurantcoach.in with your @username and the venue name. We'll delete your data within 7 days and confirm by email.

If you used the free Discovery Score

Click Delete my details on your report page: your name, email, WhatsApp number and the venue name you typed are removed straight away, and your report link stops working. Lost the link? Email contact@restaurantcoach.in with the venue name and the email address or number you used, and we'll delete your details within 7 days and confirm by email.

If you connected a venue's Instagram account

Click Disconnect under Settings in your Story Reward dashboard, or remove Story Reward in Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites). Either one deletes the stored access token straight away. To close the venue account and delete all its data, email contact@restaurantcoach.in.
